A growing number of people from Africa and Asia have left for Europe, and the numbers of those migrating within the European continent are also growing. But it is often difficult to distinguish refugees from labor migrants. This "mixed migration" places a heavy burden on asylum procedures and the system as a whole. What can we do to ease the burdens of a strained system?
