Europe in 2035: Four Scenarios and the Choices that Matter

Europe is entering a new era of global uncertainty. Our project develops sound analyses and recommendations to help the EU strengthen its resilience and security – by building new partnerships (i.e. with the UK), deepening ties with Ukraine, positioning itself geopolitically between the US and China, and engaging cooperatively in the MENA region. In addition, we put forward proposals to reinforce Europe’s resilience, with a particular focus on civil protection, critical digital infrastructure, and economic security.
