"The Online Job Ad Analysis Cycle", which was presented and discussed in the first session, is a guide that outlines the challenges from data collection to data analysis and offers methodological solutions. The guide is designed as an interactive website that allows for continuous development of the content. We discussed the structure of the guide with the network in previous OJA Forums, and thanks to the input of the OJA community and the work of Johannes Müller, it was possible to fill it with content.
We shared the first version of the guide with the community at the OJA Forum and asked ourselves questions about it: What topics still need to be explored? Are there topics that are still missing? What best practices and interesting contributions should be included? The questions were lively discussed by the participants and we are excited to see how the guide evolves.

The next and thus 6th OJA Forum will take place on 5 and 6 December 2023 in Berlin in Präsenz and will be held in German. It will focus on the topics of Future Skills and Green Skills. If you are working in this area and would like to give an impulse, please feel free to contact us.
