Opening address by Bertelsmann Stiftung Chairman and CEO Aart De Geus at the event "The TTIP Project: Economic Possibilities, Political Realities and Public Perception" that was organised in Brussels on 27 January 2014. In his speech De Geus noted that transparency and inclusion of all stakeholders in negotiations is required if any agreement on a Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) is to be truly successful and mutually beneficial to the EU and the US.
