Torben Schütz:

Torben Schütz is Senior Expert at the Bertelsmann Stiftung, specialising in European space and technology policy. Prior to joining Bertelsmann, he was a Research Fellow at the Defense AI Observatory at the Helmut-Schmidt-University/University of the Federal Armed Forces Hamburg, where he also is a PhD candidate. Before that, he was An Associate and Research Fellow at the German Council of Foreign Relations (DGAP) and worked in the International Security Division of the German Institute for International and Security Affairs (SWP) in Berlin. He holds an MA degree in political science from Leibniz Universität Hannover.
