Lucas currently works on EU industrial and innovation policy, as well as broader questions related to the Multiannual Financial Framework and the future of EU investment. His published work covers the Single Market, industrial policy, innovation, and European integration. Lucas holds Master’s degrees in Political Economy of European Integration and Economic Analysis and Policy.
