Short Vita
Clara Ruthardt is a project manager in the “Digitalization and the Common Good” program at the Bertelsmann Stiftung. In her work, she combines a critical perspective on platform power and the data economy with the use of data to help shape a socially equitable society. She studied Politics and Public Administration at the University of Konstanz and at RGGU Moscow, and holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Sciences Po Paris. In addition to her expertise in qualitative and quantitative data analysis, she has gained extensive experience in political implementation and communication through her work in policy consulting as well as positions in the German Bundestag and the European Commission.
