China has become Germany’s most important economic partner in Asia. Thus, for many German companies, China is now more than just a place to do business – more than a market. The More than a Market initiative wants to shine a light on how German companies are growing roots in Chinese society with projects large and small. Therefore, the "More than a Market" Awards were given out for the second time in 2017. This brochure also profiles the initiatives launched by the prizewinners and finalists.
