India's Democracy in Infographics

India is one of the four case studies in the latest volume of the Disrupting Democracy series, which focusses on technology’s impact on political, economic, and social ecosystems worldwide. This third volume, called "Graphic Images", takes more than 10,000 data points and converts them into a compendium of visualizations that provides a degree of depth that will take you well beyond any written analysis. Globalization Report 2020

Globalization has increased the gross domestic product per capita in 45 countries between 1990 and 2018. As the Globalization Report 2020 shows, industrialized nations have achieved the greatest income growth. Japan is the “globalization champion” in 2020; measured as the amount of money gained per capita induced by globalization, the country achieves the highest value of Asian countries here. But compared to Western countries, Asian economies are still below-average in the Globalization Index. Read the report here.
