Research policy: A guide to the negotiations on Horizon Europe

In June, the Commission tabled its proposal for the multi-billion research Programme Horizon Europe. The European Parliament and the Council are now called upon to agree on the legislative package before the forthcoming European elections. In the coming months, the institutions will lay the foundations of European research policy for 2021 to 2027 and determine its budget.
