moreMaster Class with Ronald Heifetz: Adaptive Leadership
The fast pace and increasing complexity of today's world require new skills of leaders. These challenges are subject of the third Master Class at the Bertelsmann Foundation Leadership Series. Professor Heifetz will give an overview on his approach of adaptive leadership in a one-day workshop. Following an introduction to the concept, participants will have the opportunity to work in peer-groups hands-on their own challenges and to debrief their discussion subsequently together. The third Master Class is envisaged to take place in Berlin in late 2011/early 2012.
