In Germany, fewer and fewer babies are being born, and the population is aging and becoming more diverse, as it continues to shrink - developments that are impacting all areas of life. Our projects on demographic change take a holistic approach as a result. We assess the current situation, develop new approaches to reform, test and disseminate strategic solutions and advocate for new possibilities in the policymaking sphere.
