The "International Reform Monitor," a Bertelsmann Stiftung project, appears twice a year in German and English. Compact and up-to-date, it provides information on innovative reforms in the fields of social policy, labor market policy and industrial relations. The "International Reform Monitor" also covers reforms in the making, i.e., those still in the legislative stage or at the local government level, thus providing the reader with the opportunity to learn about reforms that may not have been reported on in other countries.
An international network of renowned research and policy-advisory institutions from 15 countries plays an integral part in producing the International Reform Monitor's findings. Their reports are based on surveys conducted every six months by Prognos, an interdisciplinary policy consulting firm based in Basel and Berlin that also prepares the draft for this publication.
