Welcome to the Link Pool on Demographic Change presented by the Demographic Change Campaign of the Bertelsmann Foundation.
The Demographic Change Campaign is a Bertelsmann Foundation key project designed to identify opportunities for change in communities and regions where it is needed most. It also campaigns at the state and federal level to persuade the government to look ahead and shape the future.

Demographic change is the main challenge at the start of this new millennium, not only in Germany. To identify the best strategies and solutions, we are evaluating the long-term sustainability on the basis of relevant demographic indicators.
The identification of international best practice examples is the first step to find solutions to the challenges of the demographic change.
