The Bertelsmann Stiftung’s project Europas weltpolitische Mitverantwortung (Europe’s Global Responsibility) is helping to shape the development of the EU’s foreign and security policy by providing analysis, plans of action and strategy recommendations. It focuses on strengthening the transatlantic partnership, and developing the EU’s foreign, security and defense policy instruments and ability to resolve national and international conflicts.
