This year’s International Bertelsmann Forum will take place on September 22–23, 2006 in Berlin. German Chancellor Dr. Angela Merkel has agreed to deliver the keynote address on European policy.  In addition  to Chancellor Merkel, a number of heads of government and state,   ministers and intellectual leaders from Europe and neighboring countries  will attend. This project supports the European dialogue.
