Born in 1973; majored in European Studies (Economics, Business Administration, Political Science, Law and History) at the University of Osnabrück, Germany; master's in Management at the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Poitiers, France; Ph.D.; trainee at the EU Commission (cabinet of EU Commissioner. M. Wulf-Mathies); 2004-2006 at the International Labour Organization (ILO) in Geneva, Switzerland; joined the Bertelsmann Stiftung in 2006 as manager of the Future of Employment project
