This year's International Bertelsmann Forum will take place on September 22-23, 2006 in Berlin. German Chancellor Dr. Angela Merkel has agreed to deliver the keynote address on European policy.  In addition  to Chancellor Merkel, a number of heads of government and state,   ministers and intellectual leaders from Europe and neighboring countries  will attend. This project supports the European dialogue.
