This project promotes active tolerance and peace work in Israel and neighboring countries. Other goals include developing and supporting a network for teaching democracy and tolerance in the Middle East, the Mediterranean region and in Africa; and promoting innovative methods of teaching democracy in Israel and the Palestinian Autonomous Territories.

The Bertelsmann Stiftung is currently looking into the possibility of collaborating with the ADAM Institute on the Kinder früher fördern (Early Childhood Education) project.
