Discussions with experts in manual medicine
Manual medicine deals with diagnostics and treatment of painful dysfunctions of the musculoskeletal system. The vast majority of back pain is due to dysfunctions of the joints, musculature, and soft tissue that are nearly impossible to detect with conventional testing technology.
Objectives: – Advance innovative approaches to manual medicine through research, training, and practice – Develop guidelines for diagnosis and treatment options for manual medicine – Provide information to the general public and the medical community about the possibilities and limitations of manual medicine.
